Cancellation Policy

As we reserve this time exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering that appointment to other clients. While we do not currently charge a cancellation fee, we ask that you please respect our therapists' schedules by providing timely notice. Refund Policy: We are committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know within the first 15 minutes of your appointment. We would be happy to address your concerns or provide a full refund at that time.
