We proudly serve locations within Beverly Hills and West LA of our base. Please note: all service requests are subject to final approval by our team. Should your request be approved, you will be required to remit payment for the adjusted total, inclusive of all service and destination fees. Booking and Cancellations: Scheduling: Mobile appointments must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations: We require 4 hours' notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 4 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the service price. Health and Safety: Intake Forms: All new clients must complete a digital health intake form prior to the therapist’s arrival. If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have an open wound, please contact us to reschedule. Environment Safety: Therapists reserve the right to decline services if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary. Payment and Gratuity Payment: Payment is processed securely through our booking system. We recommend prepaying for your service to ensure a seamless experience. Gratuity: Gratuity is at the client's discretion and is greatly appreciated. You may include this during your initial booking or via an electronic invoice following the session.
